Refer a Friend and be Rewarded
After 19 years in food and drink industry recruitment we know a lot of people – but there's always the possibility of a great new candidate out there we don't know who would be perfect for a new job with one of our premier clients. And that's where you come in!
If you introduce a friend to us who we successfully place in a role, then we will reward you for your referral. You're helping us fulfil our client's need, you're helping your friend secure a great new job, and you're benefiting directly yourself through £100 of M&S vouchers. You can also ask us to donate the same amount to one of your favourite charities if you would prefer.
All you have to do is ask your friend to contact us via email on referafriend@focus-management.co.uk making sure they attach their CV and give us your contact details too. And we will do the rest. Conditions apply as shown below.
- The person you refer must be a new contact to Focus Management Group of Companies and not already known to us.
- The person must be placed in a fulltime role within 12 months of the referral.
- Once placed in a new role the person must successfully complete their probationary period.
- Reward vouchers or charitable donation will only apply once the client has paid Focus Management Group of Companies for the candidate placement in full.
- We can only accept referrals for people eligible to work in the UK.
- If the referral process is challenged in any way our decision is final.
