We are looking for an individual with a wealth of purchasing experience in the sector preferably covering Western Europe. To be considered, you will have purchased dairy or associated bi products and have a proven commercially focused approach to the procurement function. You will understand the nuances of the dairy trade and understand when to trade, develop partnerships and to play the markets.
