The Online Sales Executive will be generating new business by building strong working relationships and taking individual needs into account. The majority of communication will be phone based but, as relationships develop, then so will the chance to expand the level of customer contact.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain, and pass on to your clients, a wealth of expertise on the online recruitment market.

Key skills and experience required:

Excellent telephone sales skills - need find, objection handling, negotiation, closing
Cold calling
Tenacity
Able to build relationships over the telephone
Proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently
Good time management
Commercial acumen
PC literate
