You will need to have experience of a factory environment and be able to demonstrate first class people management skills. This would include a coaching approach to T&D, the ability to champion continuous improvement across the factory floor and strong communications skills. The role affords a high degree of autonomy, giving you accountability to co-ordinate the manufacturing process from receipt of raw materials to despatch. You will be responsible for your team meeting its KPIs and you will report directly to an Operations Manager.
