Your initial remit will be to reinvigorate the current systems and procedures working closely with the technical manager on the implementation. A highly organised individual, you will train, engage and motivate the team. You will have a detailed understanding of the BRC auditing process and ideally have dealt with external legislation during your career. Any micro experience would be a significant bonus in terms of your ability to add value across the business.
