You will need to have experience of developing own label products for the grocery sector, preferably chilled ready meal style products, and enjoy the challenge of combining food innovation with commercial viability. You will work very closely with the customer's team so influencing and strong interpersonal skills are required. Man management experience is also preferred, as you will be managing a team of NPD technologists. Driving licence and the flexibility to travel are necessary.
