Substantial commercial experience managing retail accounts in food FMCG is required for this role as you will be responsible for two of the company's main accounts. Along with a Category Manager, you will be developing and implementing the company's commercial strategy in order to achieve business goals. Your understanding of category management will be second to none to ensure range optimisation, customer objectives and innovation targets are achieved. You will need to be able to demonstrate a breadth of business understanding, internal and external, plus excellent communications skills to reflect your ability to influence.
