Ready for a Factory Management role in a lean manufacturing operation? This state of the art, highly automated food factory is looking to appoint a Factory Manager who can continue to inspire a culture of CI and an ethos of workforce pride in all they do. Because of the emphasis on equipment optimisation, you will either be experienced in operations management within the bottling, canning or liquid fill sectors, or have a background in engineering in food manufacturing. Alternatively, you may come from the automotive or pharmaceutical sectors. Either way, you will need to be experienced in managing a range of functions from planning through to production, and have contributed strategically to overall business development. P&L accountable, you will also play a key role in customer relations and NPD. Your role reports to an off site Executive Team member.
