Experience in raw materials auditing is sought for this Quality Management position along with the ability to manage a small team throughout the factory. An understanding of the variables of fresh produce would be a plus but is not essential. More important is the ability to communicate well and challenge positively when you see room forimporvoing best practice. Attention to detail is important along with the ability to develop strong, effective working relations with the supply chain.
