We are looking for several dynamic Production Team Managers to join a progressive large ambitious food manufacturing organisation. You will ensure the delivery of agreed KPIs and support and develop a factory culture in your area of responsibility where individuals feel able to contribute and make a difference. You will ideally have had exposure to chilled food manufacturing in a junior management capacity having had some exposure to the principles of continuous improvement.
