This is a fantastic National Account Manager / Commercial Manager opportunity to manage the UK's largest retailer - Tesco.

Our client is a major food group who supply own label chilled food products to the UK retail and foodservice sectors. Renowned for providing innovative and attractive products to all the major UK retailers, the business is focussed on attracting individuals who share its passion for quality food products.

The business is experiencing a continuous growth period and recent developments have created even more opportunities for the future.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the NAM will oversee all P&L responsibilities for the major account - Tesco; alongside two development accounts that include one other major top five multiple. You will be responsible for all commercial activity related to the accounts and you will develop and deliver a strategic business plan related to growing the accounts.

Home based, but with a commitment to be at its Midlands based site 2-3 days per week, you will work very closely with marketing, NPD and the buying functions to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are achieved year on year.

Ideally of graduate calibre, you will have worked within the FMCG sector with a major retailer such as Sainsbury, Tesco Asda, Coop or M&S and you will be able to show continuous success in your career. You will be tenacious, driven and results focussed. You will have an all round appreciation for all commercial activities and you will revel in building relationships and developing accounts.
