Working for a expanding chilled food manufacturer, this is a customer and innovation focused Technical Management position. You will manage a good team of Technologists and QAs and work closely with the Commercial, Manufacturing and Purchasing teams to deliver the Retailer's plans. Reporting into the Head of Technical, you will be focused on the delivery of technical excellence for a wide range of complex, high risk products. This is a complex and fast paced business with a wide array of food safety technical challenges and opportunities. Experience of chilled high risk manufacturing processes, ideally recipe dish, would be a distinct advantage as would experience of direct Retailer contact with M&S.
