You will understand the capacity of the factory and manage the expectations of the customer, whilst ensuring that customer service is paramount. To be a success in this role you must have a proven track record in a proven planning role and an understanding of planning IT systems and spreadsheets. You should be someone who proactively demonstrates a real customer ethos with senior people and retailers and has a strong desire to deliver more than is expected. You will be highly resilient and tenacious, outwardly positive to customer at all times with the ability to lead, manage and develop a team.
