This independent chilled food manufacturer are looking for an accomplished Factory Manager to lead and develop the team and drive forward production, technical, health & safety, logistics and product quality with cost improvements. This is a fairly small operation but product demand is high so it is essential that the factory manager has excellent planning skills and is commercially minded. The ideal candidate will have previous chilled food experience in fresh/short shelf life environment.
