This is a three to six month fixed term contract, to help a business going through a major period of transition. We want to secure an individual who can lead and motivate a team, with strong communication skills and a good understanding of food manufacturing processes, helping to deliver continuous performance improvement plans covering efficiency and quality. In this rapidly growing Group, there is an opportunity that this introductory role, could lead to a permanent position.
