Ideally, you will have sound experience working within the meat sector and have the capability to manage the efficient running and performance of a meat factory by focusing and driving improvement on all departmental KPIs. You will have excellent proven people management skills and have the ability to motivate and drive a team ensuring that the area delivers on service levels and product quality through team working. You will also be capable of stepping into the role of Operations Manager on a regular basis so must have the ambition, drive and determination to further your career. The ideal candidate will also be used to a high degree of customer exposure, have the ability to run a tight budget and be an excellent motivator and team player.
