This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join this progressive, forward thinking and growing business. Our client operates in the bakery sector, supplying short shelf life products into the major UK retailers. They are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Compliance Manager preferably with technical experience within this sector. You will you will be responsible for auditing the factory business units to ensure compliance to company / customer policies and procedures and have the expertise to drive your department to high levels of excellence. You will have proven strong managerial skills and will be confident in demonstrating how you have driven change through your team whilst maintaining the highest of quality standards. Your role will involve building strong relationships with other operational departments and taking ensuring that food safety is to the highest standard.
