The key challenges are to embed sustainable technical standards across a large site with an equally big work force. You will be a senior player at site level and equally will have a major role to play in Group strategy and Technical policy. It is imperative that you have worked in high risk, complex, fast paced manufacturing and have a credible track record with the major retailers.
