A Development Manager is required, one who has experience of dealing with major retail clients, ideally managing a chilled portfolio. Will need to be an experienced project manager able to work with tight deadlines and commercial constraints, creating and evolving product working from brief and delivering blue sky solutions. Improve current recipes in terms of flavour and cost whilst delivering excellent products. Work with, and challenge process and factory teams to deliver the best possible products working to deliver efficiency. Work with colleagues, customers and suppliers building trusted relations to drive the category forward, team working is critical; empathy, understanding and support. This product category has real scope for product innovation so a real mix of creative food values with tenacity and project management skills to deliver through to launch.
