With experience of managing change programmes in a supply chain environment the right candidate will ensure a commitment to continuous improvement across the site to make year on year improvements versus plans and targets.

Working with other Managers in the business you will challenge and improve existing processes and make sure that best practises are continually being applied.

We are looking for:-
Good analytical skills.
Strong influencing skills at all levels - internal and external
Confident presenter with ability to vary style accordingly
Ability to make data driven decisions
Computer literate - in particular Microsoft office applications
Good commercial awareness
Excellent planning and organsiational skills
