We are equally proud of our ability to recruit, develop and retain high calibre recruiters for our business.
The backgrounds of our people are varied. Some are food industry professionals who wanted to make a transition into a different sector. Others were Recruitment Consultants from other businesses, not neccesarily food focused, who wanted a new challenge in a more consultative environment. Or finally, recent graduates who wanted to forge a career for themselves in the recruitment profession.
All backgrounds have worked, aided by our bespoke induction and training plan that offers internal and external resource to help develop the skills and knowledge required to be a success.
Of course we are a demanding business, expecting high levels of commitment, enthusiasm, innovation, commercial success and professionalism. The recruitment world is one of deadlines and delivery, so "we say what we will do and we do it". We are also a mature business recognising and responding to the needs of the individuals who work for us. This is best seen in our openness to flexible working, job share, shorter working hours and home working when required.
Our bonus structure is very strong with up to 50% of our fees being paid direct to our top-performing consultants, underpinned by market leading base salaries and benefits.
If you are already working in recruitment we can assure you our approach, values and business ethics are very different from the norm... We don't have a bell to ring when you make a sale, you are not set daily call targets, we do not undertake cold calling, as our approach is about consultative support for our clients. The vast majority of our work comes from recommendation and referral, proving we deliver success for our clients time and again.
Meeting clients and interviewing all candidates in person also sets us apart and gives our Consultants a high level of personal understanding and ownership of the entire recruitment process.
