Your skills set will need to embrace best practice in food quality management, auditing, hygiene and NPD support to be considered for this role. Furthermore you will need to have strong interpersonal skills as this consultancy-like role entails influencing colleagues across the group to raise and maintain technical integrity. Preferably your food experience will include time spent with a chilled food manufacturer but this is not essential as long as you have a track record of driving forward technical improvements to the highest standards.
