This successful grower and importer of fresh produce are looking for an experienced production manager for its grading and packing site. This will include monitoring of KPI's including Quality, Sock control, Waste, Labour including agency staff, Health and Safety and Equipment Hire and Purchase. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with the grower base and external pack house personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience of planning cost effective processing schedule and being an interface with the grower base and commercial department to fulfil customer demand.
