This role involves guiding new products from concept through to launch driving the brand growth and increasing product quality. Close liaison with the Sales and Manufacturing teams is essential, ensuring briefs meet customer requirements at all times. You will identify new product opportunities keeping a keen eye on the market place, prepare and deliver customer presentations, address customer technical queries and maintain a proactive approach towards quality issues. To be considered, you must have a relevant food qualification and a proven track record in branded NPD experience, good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
