Being an leading part of this small Human Resources team with responsibility for a Junior HR Officer you will provide full and proactive HR services for this fast paced chilled food processing business. Working on a three on, three off shift pattern of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. days, the view is that, as a team, you will strive to take the business forward as an integral support function. Working as part of the site's Management Team, you will have excellent communication skills with the confidence to coach and train line managers in all HR matters from attendance issues, writing job descriptions, training and driving retention initiatives to facilitating close working relationships and to assist in the setting of site objectives and in the planning and implementation of change. You will have experience of working in a Human Resources department and will have experience of food manufacturing and the pace of this sector. Ideally you will be qualified or working towards your CIPD and funding will be available to assist this.
