A Development Chef is required for a well known high street restaurant chain. Ideally suited to a Chef who has first hand experience of Italian / Mediterranean cuisines and has worked at a senior level either Head or Sous. Must be able to deliver innovation for focused menus identifying new and improved product offers that meet brand and commercial values. You will work closely with regional and site Chefs to ensure that standards and delivery are consistent. A pragmatic and methodical approach to work is vital as is communication that leaves no room for ambiguity. An inspirational team player who can encourage and educate, raising food standards, values bringing others on the journey. Whilst able to deal with Senior Managers and Director providing confidence and fact that financial and marketing strategic targets will be achieved.
