A unique opportunity to assist in the recipe and menu development of a brand new 'healthy eating' restaurant concept. We are looking for 2/3 Chefs to fly to Australia to work with the team. Only high calibre Chefs with experience of global food trends and flavours with an educated palette need apply. Particularly interested in Chefs with previous experience across the board in Italian, Lebanese, Mexican and Asian cuisines. Ability to develop vegetarian meals using no animal products. Must be polished and professional in approach with refined interpersonal skills, creative vision and an engaging passion for food backed up with practical experience and a proven track record of deliver. The initial contract will be 15 days.
