A Product Development Chef is required to develop Indian ready meals; previous experience of a manufacturing environment would be fantastic but not essential. Working from brief to launch on core and premium products with regular customer contact you will need to be an experienced chef who can deliver heritage and originality. As a Chef you will need to be able to demonstrate that you are organised and methodical and can complete projects within given parameters; quality, time scale and cost. An open and communicative personality that inspires, one that welcomes a challenge and willing to continue learning and sharing knowledge with others. The ideal candidate will have worked in high class Indian restaurants in the UK or abroad. Only candidates with the relevant paperwork, if so required to work in the UK need apply.
