As Key Account Manager Ingredients Europe, you are responsible for the B-to-B sales targets at industrial bakery customers in the European market, location Steenbergen (The Netherlands).

Their products are available in a variety of flavours, finishes and case sizes, whatever the customer requires. The product assortment ranges from bakery ingredients to frozen dough and fully finished frozen products. Dawn Foods Europe, has two main manufacturing sites in the UK and the Netherlands. In order the realize the European growth ambitions, we are currently searching for a commercial driven Key Account Manager Ingredients Europe.
Position
· Responsible for the B-to-B sales targets at industrial bakery customers in the European market
· Managing and coaching directly 2 technical sales support employees
· Maintaining and further expanding the relations and business with existing bakery customers, by introducing and demonstrating new products
· Acquiring and realising additional business with new customers
· Offering tailor-made solutions for customers and prospects, based on thorough understanding of the Dawn Foods products and customer application requirements
· Negotiating with customers and prospects on prices and delivery terms
· Working closely together with colleagues from the European sales team as well as colleagues from other disciplines based in the Netherlands and the UK
· Participating as active member of the European sales team and reporting to the Commercial Director Europe
Profile
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technological and/or economic direction
· Relevant and successful sales experience in the B-to-B food ingredients industry
· Preferably actual knowledge of bakery ingredients and the industrial bakery market
· Comfortable working and travelling in an international business environment
· Fit with key values of the Dawn foods culture like friendly, team work, ethical, respectful and open minded
· Relevant competences for the job position are self motivated, entrepreneurial, customer and results oriented, well organized, flexible and team player
