Autonomous innovator with passion for creating new chocolate snacking experiences - Veghel

Position
- Responsible for delivering consumer driven innovations, beyond the eatable product
- Translating consumer benefits into attributes that lead to the creation of new ideas and concepts
- Visualising ideas and concepts into 2D / 3D prototypes and checking the translations and the prototypes with consumers
- Exploring holistic innovation methods to improve ways of working within the R&D organization
- Preparing and giving updates and presentations to inform and inspire others
- Working in multi-disciplinary project teams and reporting to the R&D Design Nutrition & Innovation Manager.

Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Material Science or equivalent
- Some work experience in R&D or Marketing, with designing new consumer propositions in a FMCG environment
- Passion for the consumer and high affinity with food
- Energetic and inspiring attitude, resulting in new projects
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
- Fit with Mars culture and specific job competences: creativity, innovation management, customer focus, planning and organisation, dealing with ambiguity, perspective, networking and interpersonal savvy.
