This Chilled Manufacturing site in Yorkshire is looking for an ambitious Factory Manager. The role manages the Operational Function and has a well organised and motivated Team. This company is forward thinking and is seen as dynamic through the eyes of the customer. It requires a proven operational manager, happy to make decisions with information presented. This role allows a Factory Manager to take responsible for the day to day running of the factory through experienced Production Managers. The key skills required at this level are to coach, motivate, deliver results through the team, prioritise and assess. The ideal candidate will understand broad business issues and be able to have an input into other functional areas. The successful candidate will need determination and real enthusiasm to inspire the team.
