Our client is a successful and growing division of a major chilled foods group. With a strong reputation amongst its customer base for quality, service and innovation, the business division continues to grow, whilst still maintaining a culture that empowers, motivates and rewards success. We need a Commercial Manager with both the gravitas and commercial astuteness to take full P&L responsibility for managing a major Retailer account and all that entails. Critical to your success will be the development and execution of business plans, which will include a significant programme of NPD, business development and other category driving projects tailored to the customer.
Of graduate calibre, you will currently be operating at a senior level in a recognised FMCG food business managing a top 4 Grocery Multiple. Chilled experience is a distinct advantage; you must be able to demonstrate previous own label experience and a track record of developing and bringing new products to market. Strong interpersonal skills are required, as the role will involve working cross functionally both internally and externally.
