We have a number of exciting opportunities working for this Food Manufacturer based near Peterborough. This progressive customer focused company produces high quality short shelf-life convenience foods for the major retailers needs Production Section Leaders across a variety of shifts.

You will manage all aspects of both manufacturing processes and people development. Having responsibility for c.30 people your energy will be centred on ensuring your team achieves KPI targets through training, efficiency and waste control. Being hands-on is essential, with a can-do attitude as you will be involved in all aspects of daily production. Maximising the benefits of team briefings, participating in continuous improvement objectives liaising with other departments ensuring team objectives are continually met. You should have experience with a food manufacturer, determination and enthusiasm with a strong sense of customer focus.
