The site is looking for a competent Area Production Manager who ideally has exposure to chilled food together with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will have the ability to lead and motivate a department of manufacturing operatives. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Good numeric and problem solving skills.

Shift Pattern Night Shift 11pm - 7am - five days from 7 days
