An exciting opportunity has arisen for Pragmatic Planners to assist in delivering excellent results within this 24/7 Manufacturing/Distribution operation. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement, encourage teamwork and promote a supportive environment in order to improve business performance. You will communicate between Production, Despatch and Logistics as a way of ensuring the entire supply chain runs to optimum efficiency.

We are looking for candidates who are used to working in FMCG or fast paced environments and will have excellent leadership skills. You will be a good communicator with a strong desire to influence, change and improve. Your previous background will preferably include some unionised people management, but this is not essential. The roles are shift based and require individuals that are flexible, passionate about operations and keen to progress their career within a market leader. A good level of IT Skills are required for this role as well as the ability to think on your feet and plan ahead in this fast moving multi-sku operation. We are looking for a real trouble shooter with the ability to take control of situations and deal with them in a quick and effective manner. You will have a real presence about you and will be able to communicate effectively at all levels and throughout all departments. You will be instrumental in ensuring the production and distribution operations go hand in hand.
