DUPP (Den Uijl Ploeg & Partners) aims to be the first choice for recruitment services in the food sector in the Netherlands. From their central location in "Food Valley" Wageningen DUPP has long-standing relationships with various employers in the food business, ranging from large multinationals, to medium-sized organisations and smaller family businesses.
Founded in 1997 by managing director and owner Bert den Uijl, DUPP decided to focus its recruitment activities solely on the food business when Jakob Jan Verbraak and Hans Hilbrands, both with a food background, joined DUPP at an early stage of its development.
The current team of 10 DUPP consultants share a passion for food and specialist knowledge of the food sector and its job market. They speak the same language as employers and applicants and are professional sparring partners "for a next career move in food".
Most of the roles for which DUPP acts as recruitment partner are in the functional areas of sales and marketing, operations, research & development and quality assurance. In these disciplines food affinity or a proven track record in the food business is an important asset for selecting the right candidates.
